Refund Policy

How subscription cancellations, refunds, tax adjustments, and failed renewals work for I Save Prompts.

Plain-language summary

Monthly and annual subscriptions can be canceled before renewal. Access continues until the paid period ends.

Refund requests are reviewed case by case, with a friendly default for first-time accidental purchases.

If a paid plan expires, your account falls back to Free limits and over-limit data is retained for 90 days.

1. Plans covered

This policy applies to the I Save Prompts Paid plan. Paid is $4.99/month or $49.99/year.

2. Canceling a subscription

  • You can cancel a monthly or annual subscription before the next renewal from billing settings or by contacting support.
  • Cancellation stops future renewals. It does not automatically refund the current billing period.
  • Paid features normally remain active until the end of the already-paid period.

3. Refund window

  • First-time monthly or annual subscription purchases may be eligible for a refund if requested within 14 days of purchase.
  • Annual renewals may be eligible for a refund if requested within 7 days of renewal and the account has not had heavy usage after renewal.
  • Duplicate charges, accidental upgrades, technical billing errors, and failed checkout issues will be reviewed and corrected where appropriate.

4. When refunds may be declined

  • Requests made outside the applicable refund window.
  • Accounts with abusive behavior, fraud, chargeback abuse, or terms violations.
  • Heavy use of paid-only features after purchase or renewal.
  • Requests for taxes, fees, or charges that payment processors or tax authorities do not allow us to refund.

5. Taxes and currency

Checkout may include taxes based on your location. Taxes are handled through the payment provider and may not always be refundable depending on applicable rules.

Payments are priced in USD. Your bank, card issuer, wallet, or payment provider may apply currency conversion or additional fees that we do not control.

6. Failed renewal and data retention

If your subscription cannot be renewed or your billing status becomes inactive, your account uses Free plan limits. Any prompts or folders above the Free limits are kept for 90 days after the paid period ends. Renew before the retention window ends to prevent over-limit data from being deleted.

7. How to request a refund

  • Email support@isaveprompts.com from the email address on your account.
  • Include your account email, plan, purchase date, and a short explanation.
  • Do not send full card numbers, passwords, or private payment credentials.

8. Chargebacks

Please contact us before opening a chargeback so we can help resolve billing issues quickly. Accounts with unresolved chargebacks may have paid access paused while the payment provider reviews the dispute.
