Plain-language summary
Paid checkout is coming soon. Until it opens, new accounts can use the Free plan.
After paid launch, Monthly and Annual renewal can be canceled before the next renewal. Access continues until the paid period ends.
After paid launch, refund requests are reviewed case by case, with a helpful default for first-time accidental purchases.
If Pro expires after paid launch, Prompts stay available on Free. Existing Sources remain readable and removable for 30 days, locked from day 31 through day 90, and permanently deleted after 90 continuous days without Pro.
1. Plans covered
Paid checkout is coming soon. Until it opens, new accounts can use the Free plan. For billing or launch questions, email support@isaveprompts.com.
This policy applies to iSavePrompts Pro after paid launch. Pro is $4.99/month or $49.99/year.
2. Canceling a subscription
- After paid launch, you can cancel Monthly or Annual renewal before the next renewal from Billing or by contacting support.
- Cancellation stops future renewals. It does not automatically refund the current billing period.
- Pro features normally remain active until the end of the already-paid period.
3. Refund window
- After paid launch, first-time monthly or annual subscription purchases may be eligible for a refund if requested within 14 days of purchase.
- Annual renewals may be eligible for a refund if requested within 7 days of renewal, as long as the account has not had heavy paid-feature usage after renewal.
- Duplicate charges, accidental upgrades, technical billing errors, and failed checkout issues will be reviewed and corrected where appropriate.
4. When refunds may be declined
- Requests made outside the refund window.
- Accounts with abusive behavior, fraud, chargeback abuse, or terms violations.
- Heavy use of paid-only features after purchase or renewal.
- Requests for taxes, fees, or charges that payment processors or tax authorities do not allow us to refund.
5. Taxes and currency
After paid launch, checkout may include taxes based on your location. Taxes are handled through the payment provider and may not always be refundable depending on applicable rules.
Prices are in USD. Your bank, card issuer, wallet, or payment provider may apply currency conversion or extra fees that we do not control.
6. Failed renewal and data retention
If your subscription cannot be renewed or your billing status becomes inactive after paid launch, Prompt organization continues under Free. Existing Sources remain readable and removable for 30 days, locked but retained from day 31 through day 90, and permanently deleted after 90 continuous days without Pro. Creating or editing Sources remains unavailable on Free.
7. How to request a refund
- Email support@isaveprompts.com from the email address on your account.
- Include your account email, plan, purchase date, and a short explanation.
- Do not send full card numbers, passwords, or private payment credentials.
8. Chargebacks
Please contact us before opening a chargeback so we can help resolve billing issues quickly. After paid launch, accounts with unresolved chargebacks may have paid access paused while the payment provider reviews the dispute.
