Terms of Service

The service terms for using I Save Prompts, including account responsibilities, acceptable use, paid plans, user content, and availability.

Plain-language summary

You own your prompt content. You give I Save Prompts permission to process it only so we can provide the service.

Use the product legally, protect your account, and do not upload content you do not have rights to store.

The Paid plan unlocks higher limits and features. If it expires, your account uses Free limits while over-limit data is retained temporarily.

1. Agreement

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of I Save Prompts, including the website, web application, APIs, and related services.

By creating an account, signing in, or using the service, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy.

2. Accounts

  • You are responsible for keeping your account secure.
  • You must provide accurate account information and use an email address you are allowed to use.
  • You are responsible for all activity that happens through your account.
  • You must be at least 13 years old, or older if your local law requires it.

3. Your content

You retain ownership of prompts, folders, tags, variables, descriptions, and other content you save in I Save Prompts.

You grant us a limited permission to host, process, display, sync, search, version, analyze, and copy your content only as needed to provide and improve the service.

  • You are responsible for the content you save.
  • Do not store content that violates another person's rights, applicable law, or these terms.
  • Do not use I Save Prompts to store malware, credentials you are not authorized to hold, illegal content, or content intended to harm systems or people.

4. Acceptable use

  • Do not attempt to bypass security, rate limits, billing gates, or access controls.
  • Do not reverse engineer private APIs except where allowed by law.
  • Do not interfere with the service, overload infrastructure, or abuse integrations.
  • Do not use the service to spam, phish, scrape, harass, or commit fraud.
  • Do not resell, sublicense, or commercially redistribute access unless we agree in writing.

5. Paid plans

Paid is $4.99/month or $49.99/year.

The Paid plan is billed through our payment provider. Taxes may be calculated and collected during checkout based on your location and the rules that apply to the transaction.

  • Free includes 100 prompts, 10 folders, unlimited tags, and 10 tag color slots.
  • Paid includes 10,000 prompts, 100 folders, 100 tag color slots, version history, prompt analytics, priority sync API access, and future premium AI tools when released.

6. Subscription changes and failed renewal

You can cancel a recurring plan before the next renewal. After cancellation, paid access normally continues through the end of the current paid period.

If a payment fails, is canceled, or cannot be confirmed, your account may return to Free plan limits. Over-limit prompts and folders are retained for 90 days after the paid period ends so you can renew, reduce usage, or export before over-limit data is deleted.

7. Beta and future features

Some features may be released as beta, preview, or early-access features. These may change, be limited, or be removed as the product improves.

Future premium AI features are planned for higher tiers, but specific features, availability, and limits may change before release.

8. Service availability

We work to keep the service fast and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, incidents, provider outages, security work, or changes to third-party APIs may affect availability.

9. Termination

You may stop using the service or request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms, create risk for other users, abuse the service, or create legal or security exposure.

10. Disclaimers and liability

I Save Prompts is provided as a productivity and organization tool. You are responsible for reviewing prompt outputs and deciding how to use them.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, the service is provided without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or business interruption.

11. Changes

We may update these terms as the service changes. If changes are material, we will take reasonable steps to notify users through the product, email, or a notice on the website.
