Plain-language summary

You own your Prompt content. We process it only to provide and improve the service.

Use the product legally, protect your account, and do not upload content you do not have rights to store.

Paid checkout is coming soon. Until it opens, new accounts can use the Free plan.

After paid launch, Pro unlocks Sources, analytics, and priority sync. If Pro expires, your Prompts stay available on Free, while Sources follow the 30-day readable, 31–90-day locked, and 90-day deletion rules.

1. Agreement

These Terms govern your use of I Save Prompts, including the website, app, APIs, and related services.

By creating an account, signing in, or using the service, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.

2. Accounts

Keep your account secure.
You must provide accurate account information and use an email address you are allowed to use.
You are responsible for activity on your account.
You must be at least 13 years old, or older if your local law requires it.

3. Your content

You keep ownership of Prompts, Topics, tags, variables, descriptions, Sources, and other content you save in I Save Prompts.

You give us permission to host, process, display, sync, search, copy, and protect your content only as needed to provide the service and improve product quality.

You are responsible for the content you save.
Do not store content that violates another person's rights, applicable law, or these terms.
Do not use I Save Prompts to store malware, credentials you are not authorized to hold, illegal content, or content intended to harm systems or people.

4. Acceptable use

Do not attempt to bypass security, rate limits, billing gates, or access controls.
Do not reverse engineer private APIs except where allowed by law.
Do not interfere with the service, overload infrastructure, or abuse integrations.
Do not use the service to spam, phish, scrape, harass, or commit fraud.
Do not resell or commercially redistribute access unless we agree in writing.

5. Pro plans

Paid checkout is coming soon. Until it opens, new accounts can use the Free plan. For billing or launch questions, email support@isaveprompts.com.

Pro is $4.99/month or $49.99/year.

When paid plans launch, Pro billing will be handled by our payment provider. Taxes may be added at checkout based on your location and the rules that apply.

Free includes unlimited Prompts, Topics, and tags, with sharing, invites, and recovery tools.
Pro includes unlimited Prompts, Topics, and tags, with up to 5 private sources per prompt, plus analytics and priority sync. Pro also includes prompt analytics and priority sync API access.
Pro supports up to 5 private Sources per Prompt, with supported uploaded files up to 10 MB each.
Prompt creation, Topics, and tags do not have a customer-facing monthly quota. Private rate, payload, fraud, and infrastructure safeguards still apply to protect the service.

6. Subscription changes and failed renewal

After paid launch, Monthly and Annual renewal can be canceled before the next renewal. After cancellation, paid access normally continues until the end of the current paid period.

If a payment fails, is canceled, or cannot be confirmed, your account may return to Free. Prompt organization remains available. Existing Sources remain readable and removable for 30 days, are locked but retained from day 31 through day 90, and are permanently deleted after 90 continuous days without Pro. Creating or editing Sources is unavailable on Free.

7. Future features

Some features may be released gradually or as previews. These may change, be limited, or be removed as the product improves.

New paid features may be added to Pro over time, but specific features, availability, and limits may change before release.

8. Service availability

We work to keep the service fast and reliable, but we cannot promise uninterrupted access. Maintenance, incidents, provider outages, security work, or third-party API changes may affect availability.

9. Termination

You may stop using the service or request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or end access if an account violates these Terms, creates risk for other users, abuses the service, or creates legal or security exposure.

10. Disclaimers and liability

I Save Prompts is provided as a productivity and organization tool. You are responsible for reviewing prompt outputs and deciding how to use them.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, the service is provided without warranties. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or business interruption.

11. Changes

We may update these terms as the service changes. If changes are material, we will take reasonable steps to notify users through the product, email, or a notice on the website.
